MANCHESTER, NH (WHDH) – A chaotic scene at a Manchester 7-Eleven required the response of all riot police officers after a massive brawl broke out at the supermarket on Friday night, according to police.

George Stanley, 29, Richard Cooper, 24, Howard Cooper, 25, and Alexander Cooper, 29, were all arrested on Felony Riot charges after police arrived at the supermarket and witnessed a brawl between two groups, the police department said from Manchester in a with statement.

Officers originally responded to the 7-Eleven around 6:50 p.m. following a report of a robbery involving a firearm. During the search for the reported suspect, a fight broke out between two groups in the parking lot. Eventually, as more and more people became involved in the brawl, “all working Manchester Police officers were on the scene to calm the riotous behavior,” the department said in a statement.

Two Manchester police officers suffered minor injuries in the incident.

Initial investigations revealed that the two groups knew each other.
