Tragedy strikes for some of Walford’s finest, while others face huge decisions (Picture: BBC)

It’s a week of shocking revelations, huge decisions and surprise comebacks in EastEnders, with developments that change everything for many.

Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) tells Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) that he will cancel the charity boxing match if more people don’t sign up. Janine aligns herself with Kim Fox (Tameka Empson), and together they succeed in getting more locals to join in for the event.

Mick, however, soon has other things on his mind when he receives the divorce papers from Linda (Kellie Bright).

But that proves to be the least of his worries, as subsequent scenes will see DCI Arthurs rock up with tragic news, as he confirms that Tina’s (Luisa Bradshaw-White) body has been found.

Frankie Lewis (Rose Ayling-Ellis), meanwhile, returns to the Square, but how will she cope when she hears the sad news of Tina’s death?

Elsewhere, Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) tries to support Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman), who is nervous about signing the witness statement which would help to convict Aaron (Charlie Wernham).

Harvey, however, gets a concerning call from Aaron who begs him not to sign the statement. What will he do?

It’s all kicking off in Albert Square next week, and if you fancy a first look at all the drama to come, check out our jam-packed gallery below!

EastEnders airs these scenes w/c Monday February 28 on BBC One.
