A DoorDash employee claims a customer tried to change their order after the food had already been delivered — presumably to get a refund. But instead of letting the incident slide, the worker confronted the woman at her home.
The driver recorded walking to the customer’s house in a video posted on TikTok. Her video has over 110,000 views.
In the clip, which lasts about a minute, TikTok user @chrisjanothedon can be seen getting out of her car before knocking on the customer’s door. The video’s text overlay suggests that she has already dropped off food at the same location.

“She tried to change her order as soon as I delivered it,” the text reads. “I made it look like I had her new order in my dash bag and it really was my purse.”
After the driver knocks, a woman named Yasmin opens the door. The driver then confirms that Yasmin is the one who placed the order before confronting her.
“Why would you lie and say you didn’t get your food?” asks the TikToker.
“I didn’t do that,” Yasmin replies.
“Why would you contact DoorDash? It’s people like you…” she begins before Yasmin rolls her eyes and starts to close the door.
“I didn’t do anything,” Yasmin tries to answer before the TikToker interrupts her.
“Yeah, you did. They…boys don’t care about nobody’s family or nothing. Garbage. rubbish,” she says.
It is not clear from the video what food Yasmin originally ordered and what she later tried to change her order. But several commenters suspected she was trying to blame TikToker for allegedly not getting her meal in order to get a refund.
“Then gon try to close the door, you’re caught!!!!!” A user commented.
A number of commenters also applauded the TikToker for speaking out.
“You addressed her in the most noble of ways,” wrote one commenter. “You set standards and you look DAMN GOOD doing it!”
“Dangerous, but I feel you!!” another wrote. “This is screwed up. I bet a lot of people who see this won’t try it once in a while!!”
