Former Utah jazz player Donovan Mitchell’s criticism of Utah received many reactions. Recent snowstorms are easing, but not erasing, water concerns in the West. Divisions pop up in Heber Valley for growth and a planned highway. And a plan to widen Interstate 15 from Farmington to Salt Lake City is raising fears among Westsiders.
