Home Alone 2: Lost in New York star Donald Trump could soon be delivering pizza pies personally to your door.

After speaking at the Lee County Lincoln-Reagan Dinner in Fort Myers, Fla., the former US President, 76, strolled through Fort Myers’ downtown House of Pizza.

Along with Florida Republican Byron Donalds, Trump reached into a pizza box to grab a slice and offered viewers hand-made pizzas last night.

Trump, the first ex-president to be prosecuted, bit off his piece and offered it to one of the “Trump”-singing guests in the crowd around him.

“Anyone want a piece I ate?” he said, adding that the piece was “good” as he put the half-eaten piece back in the box to grab another.

‘NO!’ said the crowd and Trump as he gestured appreciatively at the box.

The former Republican leader also received a similar response from Twitter users.

“The smooth brains were screaming for a slice of Trump-bitten pizza like it was in the 1960s and the pizza was called Paul,” said one.

“What the hell is wrong with these people?”

Another added: “Oh man I love pizza passed from person to person!”

“Okay, don’t ruin my pizza. You can have Big Macs and wrestling and paper towels and boxes, golf and Diet Coke, Florida and ketchup…but for gods sake STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA,” a third user tweeted.

Unlike his previous public attempts to eat pizza, Trump did so last night in an almost human-like manner.

In 2011, Trump and right-wing commentator Sarah Palin offended pizza lovers across the country (but especially New Yorkers) by eating a pie with a knife and fork.

The couple grabbed a pepperoni and cheese pizza from New York City’s famed Pizzeria Famiglia and stacked two slices before eating it with silverware.

The then Daily Show host Jon Stewart said at the time: “Donald Trump, why don’t you just take that fork and poke it straight in the eye of New York?

“Based on how you eat pizza, Donald, I would like to see your detailed birth certificate. I don’t think you were actually born in New York.”

The backlash to the pizza faux pas was so intense that Trump had to do some damage control on his YouTube account.

“That way you can take the lid off the pizza,” he said.

“You don’t just eat the crust. I like not to eat the crust so you can keep the weight down.’

Trump really loves pizza crust. In 1955, he and his ex-wife Ivanka Trump starred in a Pizza Hut commercial in which he first inhaled a slice of pizza with the crust.
