Dive teams on site as car hits water in Jamaica Plains – Boston News, Weather, Sports

BOSTON (WHDH) – Emergency responders Monday responded to a car that drove into a pond on the Jamaica Plains.

Police said the driver made it out of the car and was assisted by officers who got to the scene first.

Dive teams were on site at 4:30 a.m. around the car in Lake Hibiscus at Forest Hills Cemetery and pulled it out of the water a short time later.

There is no information on how the car got into the water.
