Welcome to the 15th Sunday edition of RotoBaller NFL DFS Bargain Bin, where the goal is to reach a number of potentially undervalued players across the industry who find they have favorable relationships and/or unexpectedly expanded roles.
Before we begin our NFL DFS Bargain Trash hunt, a few formatting and content insights:
- The nature of the monster with games of at least a modest amount of risk (and sometimes substantially more). As a result, Bargain Bin could prove to be more of a roller coaster ride over some rock than your typical “touted” paper!
- Of course, that doesn’t mean there isn’t a downside. As a result, all of these picks are GPP compliant and can also often be used as a solid money game, and often help you get more high priced studs into your lineup.
- Normally, I would recommend valuable players on the three main DFS sites (DraftKings, FanDuel and Yahoo). However, there are certainly instances where one or more sites price a player significantly less than the others. Whenever possible, I would usually at least note those players as a “special XYZ site”.
- This article is by no means intended to serve as an exhaustive list of all the week’s value options. Instead, it means diving deeper into what I feel offers some of the best combinations of savings and increases in price.
- The aim is to introduce really affordable players, as opposed to, say, a player who costs only $300 to $400 more than the highest priced option in his position. I don’t think of site-specific pricing limits, but I consider legit affordability a very important criterion.
With those no-nonsense housekeeping items, I’ll let you know my thoughts on where there might be some valuable points to mine on Week 15 Sunday vehicles!

Number of times to play quarter DFS value
Jimmy Garoppolo, SF vs. ATL | DK: $5,800, FD: $6,700, Yahoo: $29
Garoppolo still makes some mistakes from time to time, but he tested Sunday’s league games with impressive yards of 299 and 296 in his final set. The veteran also has many touchdown passes in five of his last six games, and he has an explosive and healthy top-three in the form of Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and George Kittle. Jimmy G also had a hot match on tap, as the Falcons registered with a 30th place in Defense DVOA, including a 29th place in the special Pass Defense DVOA.
Davis Mills, HOU at JAX | DK: $5,400, FD: $6,800, Yahoo: $23
Mills certainly carries some risk, even going up against a Jaguars team that may be playing with a whole new perspective due to a change in head coach. However, the rookie has impressed many times this season, enough to give him the nod for the rest of the run against the veteran. Tyrod Taylor. Mills had a trio of 300-yard attempts, including a career-best 331-yard attempt against Seattle in Week 14, and the Jaguars placed 31st in the Pass Defense DVOA and allowed laning. The third highest explosive pass rate in the league (10%).

James Robinson, JAC vs HOU | DK: $5,400, FD: $6,300, Yahoo: $22
Perhaps no player has been used more under Urban Meyer’s brief stint at the helm of the Jaguars than Robinson, who scored a total of 14 in Meyer’s last two games. The second-year defender still averages an excellent 4.8 yards per make and continues to play a steady role in passing games, and caretaker coach Darrell Bevell can count on Robinson in style real full-back in his squad. First game with top job. This matchup looks to be very interesting, as the Texans are 27th in Rush Defense DVOA, 31st in the PFF’s Tackling index, and 30th in peak yards per allowable attempt.
Jeff Wilson Jr., SF vs. ATL | DK: $5,000, FD: $5,800, Yahoo: $17
Elijah Mitchell will miss Sunday’s game with a concussion and knee injury, giving Wilson a shot in the lead. The fourth-year player made 13 attempts for 56 yards against the Bengals in that capacity in Week 14 and although he has not been involved in the passing game this season, he has received three. TD in 2020. Wilson will benefit from a favorable game scenario in Week 15 against a Falcons defense that ranks 23rd in Rush Defense DVOA and allows RBs 10x TD on the ground. Furthermore, Atlanta brought a strong 80-607-3 in the air to the position, illuminating Wilson’s overall outlook further.

Wide receiver DFS value broadcast
Chase Claypool , PIT vs. TEN | DK: $5,900, FD: $6,400, Yahoo: $22
The Titans surrendered to the NFL-high 205 receptions and 2,569 yards to the wide receiver, along with 16 touchdowns. Tennessee has also allowed 11.1 yards of each finish on the road, placing them in the league’s final 10 teams in that category. Tennessee also tested the third most passes per game on the road (271.8), while Claypool averaged 16.0 yards per reception and saw 12 of his 47 catches. he walks over 20 yards.
Blue AJ, ARI at DET | DK: $4,900, FD: $5,700, Yahoo: $14
Green is currently the Cardinals’ number 1 recipient with the name DeAndre Hopkins sidelined at least the rest of the regular season with a knee injury. The veteran enjoyed a resurgence season in the desert while recording his highest YPC numbers since his 2011 rookie season. Green gets a lucrative game with a salary that doesn’t reflect his new role, as the Lions have allowed 13.3 yards NFC high touch per home finish, along with a pass rate second highest explosion (11%).
DeVante Parker, MIA and NYJ | DK: $4,300, FD: $5,800, Yahoo: $17
Jaylen Waddle set to miss Sunday game due to COVID-19, and Will be more complete still on the reserve injured with a finger wound. That leaves Parker with the obvious #1 extension in the battle against the 32nd-ranked Jets defense in Pass Defense DVOA, and that also gives up the highest explosive pass rate (12%) in the league. New York also allowed the third-highest yards per road finish (11.3), while Parker had an advanced average target depth of 12.2 yards and scored a straight 5-62 in the game. His first comeback after being injured in Week 13 .

Number of plays of tight-ended DFS value
Dalton Schultz, DAL at NYG | DK: $4,900, FD: $5,600, Yahoo: $17
Schultz has been in absolute decline in Week 14 despite a favorable game against Washington, which makes it a great time to make another crack with him this week in the leagues. The tight finish has certainly posted an impressive 6-79 line across nine goals in his first meeting with the Giants this season, and he has posted at least five catches in seven games overall. The Giants have continued to generously finish tight throughout the season, now to a 71-654-5 position in 13 games.
Noah Fant, DEN vs. CIN | DK: $4,400, FD: $5,600, Yahoo: $15
Fant went on to enjoy one of the safer tiers in the late game, as he averaged just under six goals per contest and had at least four catches in eight games. He continues to bring in a very reasonable salary, and although it has only resulted in three touchdowns so far, he has enjoyed a consistent role in the red zone with 13 goals in 20 out of 12 games. . The Bengals are also prone to a tight finish, surrendering 68-757-6 in their first 13 games.
