Delivery Hero launches €1.4 billion debt financing syndication from Reuters

BERLIN (Reuters) – Delivery Hero announced on Monday that it has launched a €1.4 billion ($1.55 billion) debt financing syndication, the proceeds of which will be used to strengthen its cash position.

Proceeds from an $825 million term facility and a €300 million term facility with a term of 5.25 years would be used for potential convertible debenture refinancing at maturity, working capital and guarantees, among other general corporate purposes used , said the German snack company.

Delivery Hero also announced that it would enter into a EUR 375 million revolving credit facility with a consortium of banks.
