The Huskies took the lead for nine near five minutes but Tim Caesar responded with a 3-pointer and the Wolverines took a double-digit lead the rest of the way.

The Huskies, who continue to battle COVID-19 on their show, struggled through most stages of their home game. They shot 35%, missed all 11 3-pointers, 14 of 26 from the penalty spot and were 44-26 ahead. They had two assists, both courtesy of Brown.

This is Washington’s second game this month. The Huskies rescheduled a game at Arizona, got kicked out of UCLA, and canceled a game at Gonzaga because of COVID issues on the show. On Tuesday night, the Huskies were absent from senior striker Jamal Bey as well as assistants Will Conroy, Wyking Jones and Quincy Pondexter, who are on COVID-19 protocol.
