Customer argues with McDonald’s worker over chicken nuggets
You shouldn’t be crying over spilled milk — or Chicken McNuggets. But that’s exactly what one customer did in a viral video making the rounds on TikTok.
“He’s arguing about a 4-piece nugget he didn’t order,” read the text overlay in the video, posted by McDonald’s employee Ash (@ash.gzzzz_slut). As of Wednesday, the video had over 673,000 views.
The Daily Dot contacted Ash via TikTok comment.

“I think he’s trying to scare me,” read another overlay, while the clip showed the McDonald’s employee filming the man at the counter. “He said his name was Big Bloody,” the worker said, prompting the customer to confirm the nickname before saying, “Get the fuck out of here.”
As another employee argued with the customer in the background, the recorder pointed out that it was 4:39 am. “You are not tired?” she even asked the man.
Though she wasn’t too tired to make him the nuggets, McDonald’s doesn’t serve lunch until 10:30 Monday through Friday.
The argument in the video continued and the man told the worker, “You sound bloody stupid.” This caused the worker to laugh and reply, “You sound bloody stupid. You are arguing with yourself, no one is arguing with you.”
The man paused in response, then leaned forward and said, “Because they’re talking to me.” This was referring to the other McDonald’s employee in the background. “So how about you shut the fuck up,” the man added before letting out a fake laugh.
As the caption explained, the video was posted to raise awareness of how customer service representatives are treated by rude customers. “At a certain point his fk customer service is so rude.
In the comments, people were amazed that the man was so obsessed with chicken nuggets. “A 4?!?” wrote one and her comment received over 7,000 likes.
“People do the most because of McDonald,” added another with crying face emojis. “I guess it’s never that serious.”
Others were more worried about how the situation could have escalated: “Nah these people don’t care these days but be careful!” one woman shared.
“Please don’t argue with people you never know!!!” someone else commented.
The fact that the video was taken during a night shift highlighted another concern. “Wait, I’m confused that the lobby opens at 4am? That doesn’t sound safe,” added another.
Because the customer in the video had a hole in his shoe and dropped his McDonald’s bag, some were convinced he was drunk or homeless. “Girl leave him alone you can’t see the hole in his left shoe,” commented one user.
“No, he was definitely drinking and dropped the bag. Literally,” added another.
Finally, some took the opportunity to share their own customer service horror stories. “Some people don’t understand how bad people treat us when I was at Chik Fil. A lady told me she would come back and beat me up,” this user shared.
“Happened to me last night I work at White White MF crazy about a chicken ring smh,” wrote another.
