Crash causes delays on ramp from NB I-55 to WB I-270
ST. LOUIS — An accident on the ramp of northbound I-55 to westbound I-270 is causing delays Wednesday morning.
The accident happened around 5:30 a.m. It is currently unknown how many cars were involved. It is also not known if anyone was injured.
