A daredevil dog undertook a fearless dive in the Bahamas to take on a 12-foot hammerhead shark, and it all caught on camera.

The incident happened off the coast of Exuma. Passengers on an onboard tour gasped and screamed as the god jumped into the water and appeared to fight the shark.

The dog then managed to escape and victoriously climbed ashore as if this wasn’t his first rodeo.

According to Exuma Water Sports, the pup lives on the private island.

It’s unclear if the dog was defending its home or wanted to play with the shark.

In any case, the dog escaped unharmed, and hopefully the shark too.
