Cops shoot double amputee trying to hobble away on his stumps

A double amputee was shot dead by police as he tried to hobble away on his stumps after jumping out of his wheelchair.
Anthony Lowe Jr., 36, a father of two, was shot dead at least eight times by three Huntington Park police officers in California on Thursday.
According to police, Lowe stabbed another person unprovoked.
Video footage shows Lowe, lying on the ground behind his wheelchair, trying to run away from two police officers on his stumps.
The cops first try to Tase Lowe and chase him on the sidewalk. Lowe holds a large butcher knife in one hand as he tries to escape.
Then a second police car arrives at the scene and a third policeman joins the pursuit. About 15 seconds later, the officers fired several shots, hitting Lowe in the upper body.
