A real estate agent is said to have kidnapped a couple on a hiking trail and tied the woman he had previously molested to a leash.

Kerry Endsley, 73, was spotted holding the man and woman at gunpoint on a path next to a golf course in Lakewood, Colorado, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Endsley first pretended to tie his shoe before brandishing the gun, said a man who called 911 last Friday.

“As they walked past him, he confronted them with a gun,” sheriff’s officers said. “The suspect ordered the woman to get down and put a nylon leash around her neck.”

Endsley, who has sold high-end homes in the Denver suburbs for Sotheby’s and Compass, had in the past molested the woman he was putting on a leash, lawmakers said.

The suspect allegedly demanded that the couple “come with him,” but the husband was able to knock the gun out of his hand. The couple then fled and found MPs who responded to the call.

As the deputies pointed their guns at Endsley, the real estate agent pulled out a stun gun and pointed it at the cops. The deputies fired at Endsley but missed. Another deputy then tasered Endsley.

Endsley was taken to a hospital after complaining of being injured by the stun gun.

The wife and husband were not injured.

Endsley was charged with kidnapping, threatening and violating a restraining order the woman had on him. He was booked into the Jefferson County Jail, where he remains being held on $500,000 bail.

His court date is scheduled for Friday.

Endsley was trying to get the woman to drop the charges against one of his relatives, a county spokeswoman told the Daily Mail. No information was given on the identity of the relative or whether the case was solved.
