Choppy Weather Pattern – Boston News, Weather, Sports

7Weather – Showers coming Sunday afternoon and then we expect a variable weather pattern to start the week.

It will be a cooler end of the weekend with lots of cloud and afternoon showers (for most areas). Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket start raining between 7am and 9am and then closer to 10am for the Cape.

Southeast Massachusetts will begin to see wet weather around noon, and then showers will move along the Mass Pike around 2 p.m. The light rain will be there for everyone by 5pm and we will have scattered showers throughout the evening and into the night.

Monday morning will see a few showers for the commute and it will be mild for late October with temperatures in the mid and high 50s. A better chance of rain is throughout the afternoon in eastern Massachusetts, where some downpours are possible.

At sunset, rain slowly moves in, in the evening drizzle remains.

Wind is light for the Patriots game and drizzle is a possibility. Temperatures will be in the mid 50’s.
