Chelsea confirm departure of four players including Andreas Christensen | Soccer

Chelsea have confirmed the departure of four players, including Barcelona’s Andreas Christensen.

Thomas Tuchel has reduced his first-team squad at Stamford Bridge and former Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater is also leaving the club.

Barcelona will sign Denmark international Christensen on a free transfer while Drinkwater will try to rekindle his career at another English club.

Chelsea Academy graduates Charly Musonda and Jake Clarke-Salter have also left Stamford Bridge after failing to make an impact in west London.

Last month Chelsea confirmed the departure of German defender Antonio Rudiger, who went on to join Champions League holders Real Madrid on a free transfer.
