Chef Saransh Goila shares an easy strawberry jam recipe this winter; try making it at home

Everyone loves to eat seasonal fruits, they are also very good for our health. Strawberries are one of the winter favourites, and one of the best fruits to eat this season. While you can simply enjoy delicious strawberries, you can also use them to make a wide range of delicious dishes and spreads. In a new Instagram post, chef Saransh Goila shared a fun recipe for strawberry jam. He mentioned in the caption that you can apply this jam on toast, use it to make salad dressings, and even use it in cocktails.

1) 2 cups strawberries, chopped.

2) Honey – 3 tablespoons

3) Juice of half a lemon

4) Chia Seeds – 1 tablespoons


1) First, put the chopped strawberries in the pan and cook until it is mushy.

2) Now, add 3 tablespoons of honey and mix well.

3) Add lemon juice and mix well.

4) Then add the chia seeds and cook the mixture until it turns to a paste.

5) Your strawberry jam is ready. Let the jam cool and spread on toast for extra enjoyment.
