Staying in shape without a gym is no problem for Gabby Allen as The Challenge: Double Agents star showed fans and followers how they can get and stay fit without weights.
The 30-year-old reality TV star shared a bodyweight workout that others can do at home, in a hotel room, at the beach or by the pool, just like she does in a thong bikini.
It contains various exercises that target key muscle groups including legs, torso and abs to get that fabulous summer figure.

In recent months, Gabby Allen has been showing off her bikini body in a variety of venues, including her trips to Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic and Hotel Chalet al Foss in Vermiglio, Italy.

Earlier this week, Gabby returned with a workout that didn’t involve any weights. This time, the former Challenge competitor wore a skimpy thong bikini in shades of yellow, gold, beige and brown.
“NO GYM NO PROBLEM.. LESS BUT NO EXCUSES 💪🏽🔥 tag a workout friend who will not be your friend after this workout 😂👊🏼,” she wrote in her Instagram caption.
Sharing an “epic bodyweight workout,” she mentioned to fans, “You can move your body whenever and wherever you are.”
In a series of short video clips, Gabby demonstrates the various movements that people can perform using just their body weight. These include but are not limited to a Curtsy to Sumo Squat Heel Rise, Bear Crawl Renegade Kickthrough, Flutter Kicks to Leg Raise, and Sit Up to Press Up.
Your caption includes all necessary repetitions and the length of time for specific movements. Gabby suggests that people can do three or four rounds of the exercises when they feel ready.

Getting in shape and maintaining that fitness isn’t just about committing to exercise or cardio. There is also the all-important aspect of your own diet. Thanks to her intense training, Gabby Allen can probably afford to take a few liberties when traveling.
In a separate Instagram post she shared on Sunday, Gabby revealed some foods and drinks she sticks to when travelling.
First of all they contain a coffee and some Prets Porridge. There’s more coffee at the airport and then some Chicken Caesar and Caprese salads.
Gabby doesn’t shy away from Diet Coke, mentioning in her caption that she finds it “10x more holiday thirst quencher”. She will also enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail that may include some oysters, croquettes and the catch of the day, followed by a giant churro for dessert.
Another essential aspect of staying healthy is getting a good night’s sleep. Gabby appeared ready to sleep in her Instagram story and wished her “mega babes” a good night.
“Tomorrow is a new week. Let us enter gratefully, hopefully and mindfully. Lotsa loves,” she shared on the IG Story slide.
Gabby, a former Ex on the Beach UK star, has appeared in just one season of The Challenge. Her continued dedication to training and staying in shape makes one wonder if she will compete again. During Double Agents, she lasted until episode 13 where she was a veteran competitor Nany Gonzalez eliminated them.
As of now, spoilers have arrived for The Challenge season 38, and there’s an extensive list of potential cast members to be trimmed. Based on that, there’s always a chance fans will see Gabby back on the MTV show.
In the meantime, she seems to be enjoying her life to the fullest and keeping fit while traveling to fun places around the world.
