Bachelors in paradise star Derek Peth started the new year by tying the knot on January 14th. He and the British model Saffron Vadher got engaged in November 2020.
“Mr. & Mrs. Peth !!! 💍👰🏽🤵🏻♂️14/01/2021,” the bride captioned a photo of her hands with her wedding rings via Instagram on Jan. 17. The bachelorette Alum opted for a platinum band, while the model wore a band set with small diamonds alongside her sparkling engagement ring.
“I love our life together,” Peth commented. Vadher replied to her new husband, “I love you more.”
The banker was previously engaged to it Taylor Nolan after I asked the question BiP Season 4. The two broke up in June 2018.
Peth and Vadher went public with their relationship in March 2020. They were isolating together amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and the model shared a series of TikTok videos with him over the ensuing months. She even announced her wedding on Jan. 15 with a TikTok video.
The clip showed her hands with her rings on, before the video showed the model grabbing her new husband’s face. “Officially Mrs. Peth!!!” The excited newlyweds captioned the clip.
Peth wasn’t the only one BiP alum to tie the knot in January. One day later, Jordan KimballShe, who appeared on the third season of the Tropical reality show, got married Christina Creedon in a ceremony in Houston, Texas.
The couple, who announced their relationship on social media in November 2019, shared photos of their big day on social media. The elementary school teacher wore a long-sleeved dress and Kimball looked happy as she filled the champagne tower. The couple’s first dance was “When You Say Nothing At All” by Alison Krauss.
The ceremony included traditional vows, with the couple exchanging letters an hour before walking down the aisle. “I giggled, I cried, I grinned,” Kimball said exclusively Us weekly the note of his current wife.
Creedon agreed, “It was so hard not to cry all the time, just with joy.”
The groom revealed that he was overcome with emotion as he saw her walking down the aisle. “Seeing her for the first time – we didn’t get a first look – and seeing her in her dress, [I started crying],” that bachelorette alum tells UsHe added that he “certainly” expected to keep his emotions in check. “From that moment I realized how important she is to me. I mean crying in front of lifelong friends and family and everything — I’ve never loved her like I do today.”
The couple had been engaged for more than a year. Kimball proposed on Christmas Eve 2020 while they were at the church where she grew up. Her love planned the whole event, making sure cameras were there to document the day and that her family was nearby to witness the happy moment.
“Even when we were in church [after the proposal]I just randomly started crying out of sheer joy,” she said Us then exclusively. “I am looking [the video] like every 30 minutes.”
