Bukayo Saka has teased that he’s staying with Arsenal next season amid rumors the winger is wanted by Manchester City and Liverpool.

Recent reports suggest the Premier League’s two top clubs are preparing for a move for the England star as he enters the final two years of his Gunners contract.

The Citizens and Reds hope an offer of a substantial raise from his £30,000-a-week salary and a chance to play Champions League football will be enough to lure Saka away from his boyhood club.

However, the 20-year-old has so far shown no desire to leave the Emirates and a recent video message from Saka seems to suggest he will be playing his football in the North London next season.

in one Video posted on Arsenal’s Twitter Saka appeared alongside Arsenal’s Player of the Season Beth Mead, where they thanked the fans for their support.

“Hello Arsenal fans, I just wanted to say thank you for choosing me as your player of the season again,” he said.

“It’s a real honor to win this trophy and I really feel all of your love and support.

“See you next season.”

That last line has many speculating Saka is staying for the time being, which will come as a relief to Gunners fans after the forward scored 11 goals and assisted seven in his best season yet in the red and white.

It was also reported on Wednesday that Arsenal are confident their star player will extend his contract with the club, which should allow them to ward off any interest from opposing sides.

Mikel Arteta and Co will start contract negotiations with Saka once he returns from international duty, offering him a new long-term deal that would more than quadruple his current salary to £125,000 a week.
