“I was told every day I was fat, I had to go to the gym. I can never remember feeling so demoralized and they made me feel like nothing. I took part because I was scared. I was scared and scared. I didn’t really do anything and I had a swat team – none of that made sense to me.’

“They treated me like I was nothing,” she added.

She recalled saying no to a dance move she didn’t like and being allegedly forced into a “facility” the next day.

“I went to one of the rehearsals and said no to a dance move … I just remember things got really weird and quiet and the directors and producers went into the back room and just talked to each other,” she said.

‘The next day I was told I needed to be sent to a facility and to say on my Instagram that the reason was my father is ill and I need treatment which I never wanted to go there.’

She claimed her father threatened legal action if she didn’t go, telling her she would lose a lawsuit.

“I stopped believing in God at the time because I didn’t know how they could get 40 people to leave my house during the day and let me work 8-6 nights[ing] Every time I changed, in the shower, no privacy, no door, nothing,” she continued.

“How did they get away with it and what the hell did I do to deserve it? I couldn’t even smoke cigarettes. People on death row can smoke cigarettes.’

Britney went on to say that despite receiving many offers, she felt she didn’t feel like doing a seated interview, and said she wanted to speak on her own terms.

‘How can I fix this if I don’t talk about it?’ she asked before addressing “introverts” like her.

“My life has been far from easy and you are not alone,” she concluded.
