BOSTON (WHDH) — Several streets were closed in Boston as police responded to a bomb threat called Boston Children’s Hospital.
Longwood and Brookline Avenues were cordoned off as several police cruisers lined the area immediately in front of the hospital.
Boston police confirmed the threat was made sometime Tuesday night. Authorities have since closed roads near the facility to vehicle and pedestrian traffic while investigations continue.
7NEWS has since reached out to Boston Children’s Hospital for comment. The hospital said when officials respond that all requests are being handled by the Boston PD.
