Boston Police Department Asks Public for Help Finding Missing 10-Year-Old – Boston News, Weather, Sports

BOSTON (WHDH) – Boston Police Department on Tuesday asked for the public’s help in the search for a missing 10-year-old child.

Christopher Ayala Mejia, of East Boston, was last seen at around 4 p.m. at the O’Donnell School on Trenton Street in East Boston, according to police.

Police said Mejia was described as a Hispanic man with brown hair and hazel eyes, who was last seen wearing khaki pants, a gray and red jacket and black sneakers. Police said Mejia was carrying a multicolored backpack.

Police asked anyone with information about Mejia’s whereabouts to call 911 or call the police at (617) 343-4220.

Anyone who would prefer to share information anonymously can do so by calling the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1-800 (494) -TIPS or texting the word “TIP” to CRIME (27463).
