At least eight people have died when two boats capsized in California

At least eight people were killed when two boats capsized near Blacks Beach, California.
The San Diego Fire Department responded to a call on the beach in San Diego County at 11:30 p.m. last night.
The two panga boats (skiffs) were seen overturned in the water.
Two helicopters were sent up to search for victims but the SDFD said conditions were too foggy.
