Articulated lorry overturns on WB 270 at Lilac

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A semi-trailer truck overturned on the westbound 270 near Lilac around 5:15 a.m. Wednesday morning

This incident occurs just before the Bellefontaine exit. Missouri State Highway Patrol officers were at the scene. What led to this incident is currently unknown. It is also not known if anyone was injured.
