The Gunners are looking to sign two new strikers before the end of the summer transfer window, with both Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette leaving the club this year.
Arsenal have already had extensive talks to sign Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus, but Osimhen is also on the club’s shortlist.
The 23-year-old has scored 28 goals in 62 games since joining Napoli from Lille for £69.5million in 2020.
According to Il Mattino, Arsenal have already tested the waters with €60m (£51m) but that has already been denied by Napoli.
The report claims that the Serie A club are asking for a €100m (£85m) transfer fee for the Nigeria international.
Osimhen has just ended the season with 18 goals in 32 games for Napoli while he has scored 24 goals in 51 Serie A games since joining Italy.
The forward still has three years left on his current contract with Napoli.
Chelsea also want to raid Napoli this summer as they target Kalidou Koulibaly.
The 30-year-old is among the candidates to succeed Antonio Rudiger, who joined Real Madrid on a free transfer from Stamford Bridge.
Koulibaly has just one year left on his contract at Napoli and the Serie A club would be willing to sell the centre-back this summer.
