With 14 number one hits, the 34-year-old beauty from Barbados has plenty of songs to choose from. With only 13 minutes to perform, the hardest part for Rihanna will be narrowing down her set list to just a few songs to highlight her career and musical prowess.
I would expect her to start with “Diamonds” to correlate with the Super Bowl winners and the diamonds they will wear in the rings they win because they are the best of the best in their sport.
I can’t imagine her not performing Run This Town. It’s the perfect song to highlight exactly what she’s up to at the Super Bowl and draws on both the Chiefs and Eagles trying to rule the city tonight.
Probability of Rihanna releasing a new album
Rihanna hasn’t released any new music since her album ANTI in 2016. What a perfect time and place to release a new song and announce a new album to the world. Rihanna would be able to sample her music and make the announcement all in one. The world would go mad if they bought the album at an incredible rate.
It’s been too long since we’ve heard an entire Rihanna album and one dedicated solely to her and not her, appearing on someone else’s album or a single song for a hit movie.
