All aboard the Gregory Grippo and Victoria Fuller Ship? Andrew Spencer, Justin Glaze and more Bachelor Nation members are speaking out after the couple confirmed their status during Tuesday, Nov. 22’s finale Bachelors in paradise. Andrew getting close to Greg meanwhile Katie Thurston‘s season of The Bachelorettetold exclusively Us weekly about his role in getting the couple together. “Here’s the thing – a lot of people don’t understand Greg. He’s a very closed person, but he’s a hell of a lot of fun. He’s hilarious, he has a whole personality that people don’t really get to see. And the same goes for Victoria,” he told the magazine Bachelors in paradise Tastemaker event after the reunion taping. “I didn’t know the full extent [of how funny she was] until we spent every day together paradise.” The two men met Victoria at the Governor’s Ball in 2021. “We all met at the same time a year ago. And the next thing you know, I’m leaving Paradise and I’m like, ‘Dude, she’s hilarious. She’s this and that.’ And I say, ‘You would love her.’ But that’s just like I’m just talking,” Andrew continued. News of Victoria and Greg’s romance broke in October when they were spotted in Italy. According to the Virginia Beach native, their friendship turned romantic after their broken engagement Johnny DePhillip. (The former couple got engaged over the summer BiP.) “There was an opportunity for us to potentially work towards something. Breakups are confusing, right? I mean we all know that. I would be crazy to say that I cut communication completely. We called off our engagement three weeks later and before long we were completely exhausted,” she said Us, denied that there had been any overlap in the relationship. “I think Johnny was hopeful of what could be and I had already checked out after some of the comments he had made to me.” She added, “Johnny is an amazing person. I’ll start by saying that. He will one day make a girl very happy. I really know. But for me that was what switched [that] The minute we left the show, within the first two weeks, [he was a] very different person than the one I met there. “There’s a lot of stuff between them that’s between them and people can’t talk about what’s going on behind closed doors, but I know a few things. I know Johnny’s been through a lot this year and had a lot of struggles in his life that he’s fought through,” Logan said Us. “And I know he has a good heart and that he loved Victoria. That’s all I can talk to. I don’t know what happened behind closed doors. And I don’t know what was said between the lyrics, but I know he has a lot of love in his heart and that I’m there for him.”

“At this point I think Greg is really serious about what he wants. He’s a good man and he really, really wants a family. I think a lot of people try to pigeonhole us or dehumanize us into making it seem like we don’t want normal things,” Andrew said. “We want normal things and sometimes you get too involved in the whole thing, [but] We’re normal at the end of the day. We don’t consider ourselves higher than everyone else. And I think that’s what Greg and Victoria need to work on. It sucks that people don’t see that they are human and want a normal life. So I think this will work as long as they keep communicating well and don’t freak out on each other.”

“That’s my type. I support him through and through,” Justin said. “He is very happy. … I know the many facets of Greg and he’s really happy right now, which I like to see. So he has my full support.”

“Obviously, a lot of people will be surprised at how in love they are [Johnny and Victoria] were on the beach. I know they were both very hopeful and again two amazing people who I wish the best. I hope for [the reunion] for being able to have a meaningful conversation that gave them some closure and certainly wished them the best for the future,” the host said, noting that he “certainly didn’t” expect Greg to show up to to defend Victoria. “There’s a lot said on social media, but I think that they can come out and kind of confirm everything and keep us updated on them and their relationship … is also a big part of this finale.”

“It sure sucked,” he said Us to see his ex move on. “It kind of made me think that everything she said didn’t carry any weight anymore and I had my suspicions and thought there was always something going on. And then you just think, ‘When did it start?’ It’s a weird feeling.”
