New Delhi: Anand Rathi Wealth shares saw a positive start in early trading on Tuesday. Shares are listed at Rs 602.05 on the BSE index, 9.46% above the issue price of Rs 550. On the NSE platform, the script opens at Rs 600, which is 9.09% higher.
The initial public offering (IPO) of the non-banking asset solutions provider has received 9.78 registrations as of the closing date (December 6).
The Rs 660-crore IPO received an order of 8,29,21,509 shares compared to 84,75,000 shares offered.
The Portfolio for Non-Institutional Investor is registered 25.42x, Retail Individual Investor (RII) 7.76x and Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) 2.50x.
Initial public offering of up to 12,000,000 shares with prices ranging from Rs 530-550 per share. The minimum lot size is 27 equity shares, and then a multiple of 27 equity shares.
The company has raised Rs 194 crore from anchor investors.
Anand Rathi Wealth is the wealth management arm of Anand Rathi Financial Services. It has been ranked among the top three non-bank mutual fund distributors in the country.
The company offers a diversified product portfolio of enrichment solutions, financial product distribution and technology solutions to its clients.
Equirus Capital Private, BNP Paribas, IIFL Securities, and Anand Rathi Advisors are the book’s key managers on the issue while Link Intime is the registrar for the issue.
