Amazon: No shareholder proposals accepted

Amazon, in the spotlight on labor conditions and faced with more than a dozen shareholder proposals, announced at its annual meeting on Wednesday that none of the resolutions passed.

Many of the 14 resolutions in AMZN by Inc.
Proxy were employee-related. These include: examining inequalities in worker health and safety; a report on the company’s use of non-disclosure clauses in employment, termination and settlement agreements; a report on workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining; a third-party audit of working conditions; and a report on the gender and racial median pay gap.
