Shortly before 11:54 p.m. that evening, officers from the Brooklyn Police Department observed the stolen vehicle in their area of responsibility and attempted to stop traffic.
Police claim the vehicle fled and crashed a short time later. Four people in the car were arrested. Two were taken to the St. Clair County Juvenile Correctional Facility, while the 18-year-olds were taken to the county jail.
Marrion Mosely has been charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools. Joshua Williams has been charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Both men remain detained on $30,000 bail each.
The district attorney’s office is reviewing the cases against the juvenile suspects. Due to her age, the authorities will not release any further information on this matter.
