03 Greedo Shares “Bacc Like I Never Left”

After five years in prison, 03 Greedo returns to the rap game. Today (March 17), the LA rapper shared a new song called “Bacc Like I Never Left” to commemorate his release.
“Now I’m back like I never left,” he raps over the song’s chorus. He continues with melodic rap vocals and says I got stripes like fuckin’ referee, my hood, I’m a rep/Throwing Racks, Running Up a Check.
In the accompanying video for the song, Greedo celebrates with his team and records new music in the studio.
Greedo was sentenced to 20 years in prison in July 2018 for drug trafficking and possession of a firearm. While in prison, Greedo managed to release a steady flow of music. He was released on parole last January and is serving six months in a transition home.
Despite being imprisoned for five years, Greedo never lost his momentum. Upon his release, he immediately went back to the studio, ready to remind everyone who rules the West Coast.
In February, he took to Instagram to reveal that he was recording a slew of new songs.
“50 songs in my first 5 nights in the studio after 5 years in prison… and they all bang,” he said. “You people have no excuse.”
